Frequently Asked Questions
What’s in Migrastil?
Migrastil has four active ingredients: taurine, magnesium, feverfew and vitamin B1. Taken together, they have a synergistic effect and work to support normal neurological and vascular functioning. Click here for more detailed information on Migrastil’s ingredients.
How do I take Migrastil?
You should take one capsule twice a day. We suggest taking it with food, for instance one capsule with breakfast and one capsule with dinner.
Does Migrastil have any side effects?
Most people do not experience any side effects when using Migrastil. Occasionally, magnesium can cause temporary minor stomach upset. This is usually avoided by taking Migrastil with food. If you do experience stomach irritation, try starting out with one capsule a day for a week or two to give your body time to adjust.
Can I take Migrastil with my other medications?
Probably, but it is very important that you discuss this with your doctor to make sure. People who take prescription blood thinners like Coumadin should not take Migrastil.
When does my bottle of Migrastil expire?
Each bottle of Migrastil has a best by date stamped on the bottle.
How long will a bottle of Migrastil last me?
Each bottle of Migrastil has 60 capsules – enough for one month.
Who should not take Migrastil?
Pregnant or nursing mothers should not take Migrastil. Neither should people who take prescription blood thinners like Coumadin. Migrastil is not recommended for people under 18 years of age without a doctor’s advice. If you experience an allergic reaction to Migrastil, quit taking immediately and contact your doctor.
